Water access- We have a tank but we still hook up since tanks do not allow for a long run time. If there is not a place to hook up, we have to factor in towing the water and the fill up/refill times.
For Houses: An average house wash is between $200 - $300. For driveways- driveway sizes have a broad range.
Here are some examples and prices to give an idea:
Garden homes: typically are $150 for the driveway and back patio. $250 for the house wash. Or $300 for house, driveway, and back patio

Large driveways and houses-showing the whole thing in one picture does give much of a good idea of size. I will say though the larger the place, the better a price (if broken down to a per sq cost amount)
For large commercial projects- Generally for a large concrete commercial job we charge between $.10 - $.15 cents a sq. For vertical surfaces we charge between $.15 - $.25 cents a sq plus lift rental cost if needed.
For exterior window cleaning- windows can range in size and have some factors but this should give a good idea: 1st level/floor $3-5 a window, 2nd level $4-7 a window, 3rd level $5-10 a window. We do have a minimum $100 dollar job cost for windows.
